Ruchika Julapalli

Based in New York, Ruchika Julapalli is the Senior Vice President of Digital Experience and Technology at J.Crew Group and a Venture Partner at Interlace Ventures. Since joining the retailer in September 2022, she has overseen product management, user experience, and technology initiatives, while concurrently advising early-stage commerce startups within a portfolio of over 51 companies. Previously, she led digital product and customer experience at Everlane from 2018 to 2022 and served as the Founder and CEO of the cloud-based commerce platform Boutiika between 2011 and 2016. Her earlier career includes strategic merchant growth and consumer brand roles at PayPal and Accenture, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing with Textiles from The University of Manchester. Throughout her career, Julapalli has focused on advancing omnichannel retail infrastructure, e-commerce personalization, and digital consumer experiences.
