Rudy Lim

Rudy Lim is a Ventures Partner at Blockchain Founders Fund and a Founding Partner at ADAM Fund, currently based in Singapore. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of OIO Singapore from January 2021 to February 2023 and was the Head of Fintech at DBS Bank between 2017 and 2019. During his tenure at DBS Bank, Lim launched the Startup Xchange program, which conducted over 40 proofs-of-concept and successfully rolled out more than 20 technological solutions. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Corporate Venture Capitalist and Head of Venture Accelerator at Singapore Press Holdings from 2012 to 2016, following his undergraduate studies at Nanyang Technological University. His extensive professional background centers on venture capital investments and digital economy transformation, with a specific focus on scaling early-stage fintech and blockchain enterprises across global markets.
