Russ Fradin

Russ Fradin currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Larridin, while concurrently holding the position of Vice Chairman at the healthcare organization Carbon Health. He officially established Larridin in August 2024, continuing his extensive executive career of building, operating, and scaling successful enterprise technology ventures from their initial inception. Prior to launching his newest corporate venture, Fradin dedicated nearly ten consecutive years to leading Dynamic Signal, where he operated as both the primary founder and Chief Executive Officer. Before beginning his primary entrepreneurial journey in the software and technology sectors, he completed his formal undergraduate academic education by earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School. Today, his professional background remains firmly anchored in driving operational growth, advising executive boards, and advancing early-stage technology ventures across the broader global startup ecosystem.
