Russell Fradin is the CEO and Co-Founder of Larridin and the Vice Chairman of Carbon Health. Previously, he served as President and CEO of SunGard Data Systems from 2011 to 2015 and as Chairman and CEO of Aon Hewitt, where he oversaw the companies' 2010 merger. He also spent nearly ten years as the CEO of Dynamic Signal and held earlier executive leadership roles at Automatic Data Processing and McKinsey & Company. Since 2016, Fradin has operated as an operating partner at the private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, while holding prominent board positions, including lead independent director at Best Buy and director at TransUnion since 2018. Equipped with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, Fradin focuses his career on scaling enterprise technology, financial services, and human resources businesses.
