Ryan Alexander

Ryan Alexander is a General Partner at Chaos Ventures based in New York City. Before entering the venture capital industry, he spent a decade at the commercial real estate firm CBRE, ultimately serving as Vice Chairman within the Advisory and Transaction Services Group. In this capacity, he managed complex real estate portfolios and represented numerous Fortune 500 clients, earning national recognition as a top producing executive across the organization. His performance in the commercial property sector led to his inclusion on the Commercial Observer's "30 under 30" list in 2016, preceding his shift toward startup financing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame. Today, Alexander combines his decade of corporate advisory experience and institutional background to evaluate and support emerging companies through his investment mandate at Chaos Ventures.
