Ryan Benevides

Ryan Benevides is a Principal at WestCap, where he leads institutional investment activity across the cybersecurity, payments, and enterprise software sectors. Prior to joining the firm as an investor in 2021, he spent five years at Blackstone, analyzing, recommending, and monitoring investments in software and financial services while helping direct the firm's credit group initiatives. In his current capacity, he recently participated in a $30 million Series B funding round for Siepe and subsequently joined the technology company's board of directors. He has also led comprehensive due diligence processes for several prominent portfolio companies, including Dragos and HUMAN Security.
