Ryan George

Ryan George is a Partner at Tribe Capital based in San Francisco, California, where he leads early-stage investments across enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and fintech. Before joining the venture firm, which currently manages over $1.6 billion in assets, he served as an investor at Peter Thiel's Founders Fund following earlier career roles in software engineering and product management. His venture portfolio features prominent technology companies, including the unicorn startup Rippling, Ironclad, and Hex. In early 2025, George directed Tribe Capital's $100 million Series B investment in the AI startup Hexadi and subsequently joined the firm's climate tech advisory board. He also recently spoke on emerging infrastructure trends at TechCrunch Disrupt 2024.
