Ryan Hrabak

Ryan Hrabak is a Principal at Craft Ventures based in Chicago, Illinois, where he focuses on early application and infrastructure software investments. Before joining the firm in November 2021, he spent three years as an Associate and Private Equity Analyst at Bain Capital Ventures. He also held commercial leadership roles at Datassential and FourKites, directing sales, marketing, and growth teams while expanding logistics partner networks. In his current capacity, he targets pre-seed and seed companies across the B2B, enterprise, and artificial intelligence sectors, recently co-leading a 2023 seed round for Agentio and leading a Series A for Vooma. Additionally, he serves as a board member for Sendoso and became an investor and board observer for GreenLite in June 2024. The Dartmouth College graduate leverages his combined operating and investing expertise to support emerging software and logistics startups.
