Ryan Rzepecki is the founder of Spectra Cities and an active angel investor based in New York City. He previously founded JUMP Bikes, originally known as Social Bicycles, which he successfully scaled into a leading dockless electric bicycle sharing platform operating across 40 global markets. Under his leadership as Chief Executive Officer, JUMP raised over $20 million in venture funding before being acquired by Uber in 2018 for approximately $200 million. Following this major acquisition, Rzepecki served as the Head of JUMP at Uber until 2019, directly overseeing the strategic integration of micro-mobility services into the core ride-hailing application. He holds a master's degree in urban planning from the City University of New York's Hunter College, and his current professional focus centers on leveraging virtual reality for urban development while actively investing in emerging African charter cities.
