Ryan Sells

Ryan Sells is the Co-Founder and General Partner at Dash Fund and the Head of Business Development at Turnstile, based in San Francisco, California. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Revenue at Pipe, where he was the ninth employee and first business hire for the fintech platform that reached a $2 billion valuation. Before his tenure at Pipe, Sells was the Head of Business Development at Bloomberg Second Measure, a data analytics firm acquired by Bloomberg in 2020. His early career includes an eight-year period from 2008 to 2016 working as a Vice President at J.P. Morgan, following his graduation with a bachelor's degree in business administration from William and Mary. Today, Sells leverages his combined operational and investment banking background to focus entirely on funding and scaling early-stage financial technology startups.
