Saanya Ojha

Saanya Ojha is a Partner at Bain Capital Ventures based in the Bay Area, where she focuses on growth-stage software investments. In her current capacity, she partners with founders to scale innovative products across artificial intelligence, software infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and financial technology. Prior to joining Bain Capital Ventures, Ojha developed her investment expertise as a Vice President at Battery Ventures, executing growth-equity and buyout transactions in the software sector. Earlier in her professional career, she worked as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs, advising various technology clients on mergers, acquisitions, and public capital markets activities. Ojha holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Chicago. She currently directs her capital allocation efforts toward backing late-stage technology enterprises that demonstrate strong unit economics, sustainable growth metrics, and clear market leadership.
