Sabah Oney

Sabah Oney is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dispatch Bio, a biotechnology company operating in Philadelphia and San Francisco. Under his leadership, Dispatch Bio has secured $216 million in total funding led by ARCH Venture Partners and the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy to engineer universal CAR-T treatments for solid tumors. Previously, he served as the Chief Business Officer at Alector, where he guided the firm through its initial public offering, and he oversaw global expansion initiatives at Ariosa Diagnostics. Oney holds a PhD in Genetics and Genomics from Duke University and an MBA from Stanford University, and he currently serves as a Venture Partner at ARCH Venture Partners. His two-decade career in the biotechnology sector focuses on combining scientific research with executive leadership to advance novel therapeutics for oncology and neurodegenerative diseases.
