Sagar Sanghvi

Sagar Sanghvi is a Partner at Accel based in Palo Alto, USA, where he focuses on global growth stage consumer and enterprise investments. Before joining the venture capital firm in September 2021, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Strategy at Instacart. During his executive tenure starting in 2015, he helped scale the grocery delivery platform from 300 to over 1,500 employees, secured more than two billion dollars in funding, and expanded its overall service coverage to 85 percent of North American households. Earlier in his career, Sanghvi worked as an investor at KKR and began his professional trajectory as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs. Today, his current venture capital focus centers on scaling technology companies across consumer marketplaces, back office automation, and digital payment sectors.
