Samer Yousif

Samer Yousif is a Director at Insight Partners in New York, NY, where he co-leads the firm's 20/20 Vision Capital Fund. Since joining the firm in 2023, he has directed investments into early-stage venture funds led by diverse General Partners, notably co-leading the $118 million 20/20 Vision Capital Fund II following its initial $15 million vehicle. Prior to Insight Partners, which manages over $75 billion in assets, Yousif served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Program Officer at BLCK VC. His earlier career includes co-founding the Investors of Color Network and holding leadership roles at the Angel Capital Association, alongside research positions with the World Bank Group.
