Samir Kaji

Samir Kaji is the CEO, President, and Co-Founder of Allocate, a platform providing wealth advisors and family offices with curated access to institutional private funds. Prior to founding the company in 2021, he spent 23 years as a venture banking executive, including 13 years at Silicon Valley Bank where he provided growth capital to early-stage technology startups like LinkedIn. He subsequently served as a Senior Managing Director at First Republic Bank, building a 40-person group that worked directly with over 700 venture capital and private equity firms. Throughout his banking career, Kaji executed more than $12 billion in debt transactions while also completing the Kauffman Fellows program and earning his advanced business degree. His current focus centers on democratizing private market investments and advising emerging venture managers through his software platform and venture capital podcast.
