Samy Kabbara

Samy Kabbara is currently a Partner at Capitoria and a Senior Advisor to Guggenheim Securities. In these dual capacities, he actively drives corporate growth strategies and oversees special situations investments while advising the boutique investment bank on complex mergers, acquisitions, and financing. Previously, Kabbara worked as an investor at Tribe Capital, where his primary professional focus centered on executing secondary transactions and leading capital formation initiatives. Before joining that firm, he served in the mergers and acquisitions banking division and the Special Situations Team at UBS, managing large-scale corporate financing, technology sector deals, and initial public offerings. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems from Boston University. His overall career centers on structuring complex financial transactions, executing institutional secondary market deals, and guiding corporate growth across the technology and investment banking sectors.
