Sandeep Nailwal

Sandeep Nailwal is an investor at Polygon Labs and a prominent blockchain entrepreneur based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He previously served as both the co-founder and CEO of Polygon, an Ethereum scaling network that reached over 2.5 million daily active addresses and secured $450 million in funding from Sequoia Capital and Tiger Global in 2022. Before launching Polygon in 2017, Nailwal worked as a software developer at ConsenSys and gained financial technology experience at the Indian brokerage firm Zerodha. Transitioning from operations to venture capital, he has personally deployed more than $100 million across 50 startups and recently led a $25 million investment in a layer-3 gaming protocol through Polygon Ventures in January 2025.
