Sander Duncan

Sander Duncan is a General Partner at Lifeforce Capital and the founder of Sespe Health Holdings, operating out of New York, New York. He began his professional career in the healthcare private equity sector after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology from Dartmouth College. Duncan subsequently opened and managed the East Coast office for Cleveland Clinic Ventures, focusing on early-stage healthcare investments and strategic commercialization initiatives. Prior to his current investment roles, he served as Vice President of Business Development at the venture-backed digital health startup Pager. In that capacity, he directed sales, account management, and corporate development to successfully transition the business into a national enterprise platform selling to major payers and health systems. Today, his primary investment focus centers on digital health enterprises that facilitate novel care delivery models and optimize therapeutic development efficiency.
