Sandy Miller is an Advisory Partner at IVP, where he advises technology executives on corporate financing and exit strategies. Over a career spanning more than 35 years in venture capital and technology investment banking, he has been personally involved in over 100 technology initial public offerings and has served on more than 25 corporate boards. His investment portfolio and advisory work include guiding companies like ngmoco, led by chief executive officer Neil Young, through its successful corporate acquisition by DeNA. Prior to his current venture capital role, Miller co-founded an investment banking firm and worked as a technology investment banker, management consultant, and securities lawyer after completing an undergraduate degree in drama. Today, he leverages his multidisciplinary professional background to act as a strategic sounding board for late-stage technology company founders navigating complex liquidity events.
