Sanket Munjal

Sanket Munjal is the co-founder and CTO at SureBright, an insurance software platform based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Since assuming this role in April 2023, he has led engineering initiatives for the Y Combinator Summer 2024 cohort company, which currently operates with 11 to 50 employees. Previously, Munjal served as Head of Engineering at Furrl and held multiple engineering leadership positions between 2015 and 2020 at Paisabazaar and PolicyBazaar, contributing to the latter before its IPO at an $8 billion valuation. His earlier career includes senior software engineering roles at Philips and Samsung India, following his graduation with a degree in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2010. As a serial tech founder, his professional focus centers on developing product and technology infrastructure for emerging startups within the insurtech, fintech, and retail sectors.
