Santiago Espinosa is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of TodosComemos, a Latin American startup focused on transforming the regional premade food sector. Prior to establishing his current venture, he built a comprehensive track record as a serial entrepreneur by launching and leading multiple early-stage companies across the technology and consumer markets. He previously served as the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the financial technology platform enlau.co, an enterprise that subsequently transitioned and rebranded its operations as Ubanku. Furthermore, Espinosa held the dual Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer titles at both Delirato and El Cotero, developing his executive management capabilities after completing his Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics. His current professional focus centers entirely on scaling the Latin American food industry by developing accessible premade meal solutions for a broader consumer base.
