Santiago Rojas Montoya

Santiago Rojas Montoya is the Managing Director at Cube Ventures Accelerator, operating from his professional base in Mexico City, Mexico. Prior to assuming this executive leadership position in early 2024, he founded and led multiple early-stage technology companies operating specifically within the financial technology and educational technology sectors. Leveraging his formal engineering background in software development and product management, he has successfully accelerated more than 20 startups while collaborating with prominent regional ecosystem peers such as 500 Global, Platzi, and Angel Ventures. In October 2025, he directed a major demonstration day featuring 15 portfolio companies that collectively raised over $5 million in early-stage capital from regional investors.
