Santos Nagore

Santos Nagore is currently an Investor at IDC Ventures, where he focuses on advancing artificial intelligence capabilities and evaluating emerging enterprise technology startups. Previously, he co-founded the conversational AI platform Haptik in 2013, where he served as the Chief Technology Officer. In this executive role, Nagore directed the company's technical vision, product development, and engineering operations, successfully scaling the software for complex enterprise customer engagement and automation. Following this period of significant operational growth, Haptik was acquired by the multinational telecommunications conglomerate Reliance Jio. Before beginning his entrepreneurial career, he earned his degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires in 2012 and became a recognized speaker on AI ethics. Today, his professional focus remains centered on building, scaling, and funding advanced machine learning and natural language processing platforms designed for large-scale business automation.
