Sara De Benedetti

Sara De Benedetti is a Principal at the Paris-based venture capital firm Ring Capital, where she directs the firm's investment operations and regional expansion from her base in Milano, Italy. Appointed to this leadership role in September 2024, she oversees the allocation of €10 million to €20 million growth-stage investments targeting European companies that generate between €1 million and €15 million in EBITDA. Her mandate includes building the Italian market presence for the fund, which has been active since 2017 and currently manages a diverse portfolio exceeding 40 active companies. Before transitioning to venture capital, De Benedetti studied economics, commerce, and business administration at the University of Turin, initially developing an academic focus on corporate bankruptcy law. She currently focuses her efforts on impact investing across the broader European market, prioritizing financial growth alongside sustainable business vitality.
