Sara Thomas

Sara Thomas is a Special Partner at Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP) based in London and New York. With over 40 years of experience in executive search and board advisory, she previously founded Aspen Group and led strategic recruiting initiatives for major technology firms including Oracle and Salesforce.com. During her 15-year collaboration with JVP, Thomas has contributed to five successful enterprise technology IPOs, notably driving the recruitment of 400 employees at Qlik and securing key executives for CyberArk. In her current capacity, she advises portfolio companies such as LeadSpace and Pyramid Analytics on leadership strategy, organizational scaling, and global expansion. Additionally, Thomas dedicates her time to pro bono advisory work with Boardwave. She currently focuses her expertise on guiding enterprise software and AI companies through rapid growth phases, international scaling, and eventual public offerings or exits.
