Sarah Catanzaro

Sarah Catanzaro is a General Partner at Amplify Partners, where she focuses on early-stage investments in artificial intelligence and data infrastructure. Before entering the venture capital industry, she built the data team at Mattermark and worked on quantitative analysis and natural language processing at Palantir and Qinetiq. Her early career included a specialized threat intelligence deployment for the United States Secret Service. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University and conducted independent research at the Institut d'études politiques de Paris. Her investment portfolio features four successful exits to major technology firms, including Bayes' acquisition by Airtable, Einblick's sale to Databricks, Eppo's acquisition by Datadog, and WarpStream's integration into Confluent. Catanzaro currently leverages her technical background in defense and intelligence research to identify high-potential machine learning startups that are disrupting traditional enterprise data workflows.
