Sarah Fay

Sarah Fay is the Chair of the Board of Directors at publicly traded Ziff Davis and a Managing Director at Glasswing Ventures, based in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to entering the venture capital sector, she operated as a three-time chief executive officer, most prominently leading regional operations for Aegis Media North America. Her extensive executive tenure also includes serving as President of both Carat US and Isobar US, where she directed large-scale media and digital marketing initiatives. Appointed Chair of Ziff Davis in 2022, she also serves as Co-Lead of the All Raise Boston Chapter. She further supports the regional technology ecosystem by holding board positions with the Boston Chamber of Commerce and MITX. Fay currently leverages her operational background to focus her venture capital investments on artificial intelligence, frontier technology, and enterprise software startups.
