Sarah Finegan

Sarah Finegan is a Managing Director at Antler based in London, United Kingdom, where she leads early-stage investment and partnership activities across Europe. In 2024, she directed a €100 million European fundraising initiative designed to support day-zero investments in emerging technology startups. Prior to her current position, Finegan served as a Partner at Entrepreneur First, backing over 100 deep-tech ventures, and held earlier investment roles at Balderton Capital. Throughout her career, she has invested in more than 150 companies, with notable portfolio successes including the acquired enterprise Tractable and the unicorn startup PolyAI. She holds a Master of Business Administration from London Business School and an engineering science degree from the University of Oxford. Her current professional focus centers on identifying and supporting early-stage founders developing solutions in artificial intelligence, climate technology, and healthtech.
