Sarah Hinkfuss

Sarah Hinkfuss is a Partner at Bain Capital Ventures, where she specializes in early-stage technology investments across the fintech, insuretech, and property tech sectors. Prior to her current position, she served as a Vice President at the Bain Capital Tech Opportunities Fund and worked as an investor on the growth team at KKR. Before entering venture capital, Hinkfuss was the Senior Vice President of Client Services and co-head of the insurance vertical at Applied Predictive Technologies, an enterprise software company acquired by Mastercard in 2015. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics and environmental engineering from Harvard University and earned her master's degree in business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar. Her current investment focus centers on driving systems-level change and accelerating technology adoption within highly regulated enterprise ecosystems.
