Saron Tesfalul

Saron Tesfalul is currently an Investor at Dragoneer Investment Group, where she leads private investments into generational technology-enabled growth companies. Before joining the firm in 2022, she spent nearly a decade at Bain Capital as a Principal in the private equity division, focusing on the consumer, services, healthcare, and technology sectors. She began her professional career as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company after earning an Honors B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Outside of her primary investment activities, she serves on the advisory board of Keseb and holds board member positions at the Foundation for Business Equity and Cohorts Sistas. Her current focus centers on identifying transformative technology businesses while actively advising various nonprofit organizations that support underrepresented entrepreneurs and professionals.
