Sasha Novakovich

Sasha Novakovich is a Principal at NFX based in San Francisco, California, where she focuses on seed and Series A investments in enterprise software and artificial intelligence. Since joining the firm in March 2024, she has backed over 20 companies from a fund with $500 million in assets under management, including leading a $15 million seed round for an AI workflow startup in November 2025. Before transitioning to venture capital, she held product and operational roles at prominent technology companies, serving as a Product Manager at Scale AI and working in operations leadership at Brex. Novakovich earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her B.A. in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
