Schuster Tanger

Schuster Tanger is a Partner at TQ Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York City. Alongside co-founders Scooter Braun and Andrew Marks, he oversees the firm's investment strategy, which recently included managing a $500 million third fund launched in 2022. Prior to establishing TQ Ventures in 2018, Tanger developed his financial expertise working as an investor in private equity at Providence Equity Partners. He began his professional career in the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley, focusing on corporate finance and strategic transactions for enterprise clients. Tanger received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University, which provided the academic foundation for his subsequent career in institutional investing and venture capital. His current focus remains on sourcing, evaluating, and supporting early-stage technology startups across various subsectors to drive long-term portfolio growth and operational scaling.
