Sean Elmurib

Sean Elmurib is an Associate at Plug & Play Ventures based in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. In his current role, he focuses on early-stage technology investments within the supply chain and logistics sectors, having participated in approximately 25 venture deals. His investment scope spans raw material procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and last-mile delivery, and he recently co-authored industry research on regional startup ecosystems alongside Ryan Morrissey and Nathan Louie. Prior to joining the venture capital firm, he gained direct operational experience serving as Chief of Staff at the artificial intelligence logistics startup BackOps AI. He completed his higher education at Loyola Marymount University, where he also competed as a collegiate water polo player. Elmurib leverages his combined operational and investment background to identify and support emerging logistics technologies.
