Sean Green

Sean Green is a Partner and Co-founder at Black Ops Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York City. Before transitioning to venture capital, he served in the military after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and subsequently held product and growth roles at several early-stage technology startups. At Black Ops Ventures, Green manages a growing portfolio of over 20 companies and recently helped raise the firm's $100 million Fund III in 2024. He specializes in pre-seed and seed-stage investments across the defense and security sectors, backing notable high-growth startups such as Anduril, Shield AI, and Hadrian, where he led a $90 million Series A round in 2023. Green currently focuses on providing hands-on operational guidance to technical founders building stealth enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and hard tech applications.
