Sean Judge

Sean Judge is a General Partner at Castle Island Ventures in Boston, Massachusetts, where he focuses on early-stage investments in public blockchain startups. He began his career as an investment banker covering financial institutions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch before working as an investor at Pomona Capital across New York and Hong Kong. Prior to his current role, Judge served as a Principal at Highland Capital Partners, co-leading early-stage funding rounds including a Series A in Coin Metrics, a Series A in Unchained Capital, a Series B in Clearco, and a Series C in Jerry. He currently holds board director positions at several portfolio companies, including Felix, Eaglebrook Advisors, Beam, and Cyclops. His current venture capital focus centers on modernizing financial market infrastructure, advancing consumer fintech, and scaling applications powered by public blockchains.
