Sean Mahsoul

Sean Mahsoul is a Partner at Polymath Capital and a Partner at Presidio Legal, P.C., based in San Francisco, United States. Prior to assuming these roles in September 2021, he spent four years as a Corporate Attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, advising emerging growth companies and venture capital investors on financings, mergers, and initial public offerings. During his tenure at Wilson Sonsini, he completed a five-month secondment at the financial technology company Brex from October 2019 to February 2020. He began his legal career as a Corporate Associate at Hogan Lovells between October 2015 and November 2017, after earning his Juris Doctor in 2015 and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 2011. Mahsoul currently focuses on serving as outside general counsel to startups and representing venture capital firms in pre-seed through pre-IPO financing rounds.
