Sean Miller

Sean Miller is the Founder of Tandem, a technology-driven marketplace for flexible office leasing. Before launching his current venture, he served as the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Blueberry Pediatrics, a pediatric telehealth platform providing medical care for children. Miller has guided two distinct startups through the Y Combinator accelerator program, participating in the W18 cohort with Blueberry Pediatrics and the S24 cohort with Tandem. Earlier in his career, he worked as a software engineer at Google, where he developed his foundational technical expertise in scalable systems. Under his leadership, Tandem officially launched its marketplace product in July 2024 and subsequently secured an additional round of venture funding in January 2026. His professional background centers on leveraging software engineering to build early-stage technology companies across the healthcare and commercial real estate sectors.
