Sebastian Molina Gasman is the Principal for Latin America at Accion Ventures, a global investment firm focused on backing early-stage financial technology startups. Operating within the broader Accion Impact Management framework, he evaluates and executes strategic investments in companies delivering financial services to underserved populations. In his role at the firm, previously known as Accion Venture Lab, he manages a venture portfolio that encompasses more than 70 early-stage startups distributed across over 30 countries, which has achieved multiple successful exits. His core investment mandate spans multiple emerging and developed markets, including Latin America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, North Africa, sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, and the United States.
