Sebastian Schuon is a Managing Partner at 468 Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Berlin, Germany. Before joining the firm in early 2023, he spent seven years as a Partner at Point Nine Capital, directing investments across SaaS and developer tools. His earlier career includes operational roles at Rocket Internet under the Samwer brothers, alongside entrepreneurial ventures following his business studies at the University of Mannheim. Throughout his career, Schuon has led or co-led more than 30 investments, including an early stake in the human resources unicorn Personio. He recently spoke on artificial intelligence infrastructure at TechCrunch Disrupt Europe in 2024 and led a new developer tools investment in the first quarter of 2025. Today, his primary investment focus remains centered on early-stage B2B technology, infrastructure software, and developer ecosystems across Europe.
