Sebastian Wossagk

Sebastian Wossagk is a Managing Partner at Acton Capital Partners, a growth-stage venture capital firm based in Munich, Germany. Before joining Acton, he spent over six years at Siemens Venture Capital focusing on early-stage telecommunications investments and worked as a strategy consultant for technology projects at McKinsey & Company. In his current role, he directs investments ranging from €3 million to €15 million into Series A, B, and C funding rounds for consumer and B2B-SaaS internet companies across Europe and North America. His investment portfolio and board directorships include active involvement with companies such as AlphaSights, Zenjob, and Comatch, while he recently stepped down as a director of Elder Technologies Limited in October 2024. Wossagk leverages nearly two decades of dealmaking experience to evaluate scalable business models and guide entrepreneurs through complex growth challenges.
