Selin Anil

Selin Anil is currently an Analyst at Earlybird Venture Capital based in Istanbul, Turkey. Joining the firm in the first quarter of 2024, she focuses on deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management for early-stage technology startups across the European and Turkish markets. She has contributed to early-stage investments in more than five portfolio companies at Earlybird, operating within a broader ecosystem that includes regional technology leaders such as Insider, Trendyol, and Hepsiburada. Prior to her current venture capital role, Anil worked in investment analysis and business operations at various Turkish technology firms, and she holds a degree in Business Administration from Koç University. After speaking on venture capital trends at the Webrazzi Summit in October 2024, her current focus remains on identifying emerging software, fintech, healthtech, and climate tech investment opportunities for the fund.
