Selin Kocalar

Selin Kocalar is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Delve, an AI-powered compliance automation platform based in San Francisco, California. Prior to establishing the company, she attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she published eight research papers and served as the lead investigator for an International Space Station experiment before dropping out to pursue entrepreneurship. After participating in Y Combinator's Winter 2024 batch, Kocalar helped scale Delve's customer base to over 500 companies, including AI startups like Lovable and Wispr Flow. Under her operational leadership, the firm secured a $3 million seed round followed by a $32 million Series A led by Insight Partners in July 2025, reaching a $300 million valuation. Recognized on the 2026 Forbes 30 Under 30 list, Kocalar currently focuses on directing go-to-market operations and strategy for regulatory technology applications.
