Sergey Tokarev

Sergey Tokarev is the Co-Founder and General Partner of Roosh and Roosh Ventures, based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Over a 20-year career in the technology sector, he has established more than 30 businesses globally and invested in over 100 projects across the fintech, gaming, and health tech industries. Through Roosh Ventures, which plans to deploy $25 million across European and United States markets, Tokarev targets pre-seed to Series A investments alongside partners like Den Dmitrenko and Kyle Ukho. His portfolio includes early investments in prominent artificial intelligence startups such as Reface and Zibra AI. He also initiated the STEM is FEM educational project and expanded the Roosh ecosystem to over 100 employees by late 2021. Tokarev currently focuses on scaling enterprise software and consumer applications while positioning Ukraine as a central hub for machine learning development.
