Sérgio Massano

Sérgio Massano is a Venture Partner at Antler based in Lisbon, Portugal, where he focuses on pre-seed and seed-stage investments across the global technology sector. Before joining the firm in 2023, he held investment roles at Indico Capital Partners and EQT Ventures, building expertise in deep tech, artificial intelligence, and software. Massano has been involved in more than 20 early-stage investments throughout his career and recently participated in Antler Europe's €120 million fundraise announced in September 2024. An alumnus of Universidade de Lisboa, he frequently engages with the broader European innovation ecosystem, recently speaking on climate tech investing at the November 2024 Web Summit. His current focus remains on bridging European and global startup ecosystems by providing early-stage capital and strategic mentorship to founders developing scalable solutions in climate tech, fintech, and mobility.
