Serhat Aydogdu

Serhat Aydogdu is the Associate Director of Climate at LeapFrog Investments. He brings over 15 years of professional experience in private equity, investment banking, and operational leadership across Europe, the United States, and emerging markets. Prior to his current position, Aydogdu served as Head of Growth Investments at Seaya Andromeda and was a Director at Just Climate, leading research and investments in energy networks and building decarbonization. His financial background also includes helping establish D4 Ventures to lead early-stage sustainability deals and working as a Vice President in the Renewables and Infrastructure team at Goldman Sachs. Additionally, he has held operational leadership roles within the renewable energy sector and maintains extensive portfolio management experience through various board positions. Aydogdu currently focuses his investments on scaling climate technologies and decarbonization solutions across the energy, industrial, and transportation sectors.
