Seth Winterroth

Seth Winterroth is a Partner at Eclipse Ventures based in Palo Alto, California, where he invests in early-stage deep tech companies across the enterprise and industrial sectors. Before joining the venture capital firm, he held engineering and operations roles at drone delivery startup Zipline and practiced law at Cooley LLP after earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. At Eclipse, which maintains a portfolio of over 50 companies and has seen exits such as Cruise, Winterroth has directed investments into prominent hardware and software startups including Hadrian, Apex, and Shield AI. In September 2024, he co-led the firm's participation in the Series F funding round for aerospace manufacturer Relativity Space. His current investment focus centers on scaling ambitious startups operating at the intersection of robotics, automation, aerospace, and physical systems.
