Shai Morag is the Chief Product Officer at Tenable, where he oversees product strategy across a portfolio serving over 44,000 global customers. He assumed this role following Tenable's $265 million acquisition of Ermetic in September 2023, a cloud security startup that he co-founded and led as Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Morag served as the co-founder and CEO of Secdo, a security firm acquired by Palo Alto Networks within three years of its inception, and as CEO of Integrity-Project, which was purchased by Mellanox. Earlier in his career, he spent ten years as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces Unit 8200 after graduating from the Talpiot program, and he holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University. His 25-year operational career centers on scaling cybersecurity and networking startups from early-stage product development through to successful strategic acquisitions.
