Shan Reddy

Shan Reddy is an Investor at True Ventures, where he focuses on seed-stage companies across artificial intelligence, cryptography, and software. He joined the venture capital firm in 2023 following a decentralized science product research fellowship at Flipside Crypto. Previously, Reddy served as the first product and engineering hire at Cometeer, helping scale the startup from its initial seed stage through a Series C funding round. He also operated as a scout for Sequoia Capital, building an early-stage portfolio that includes investments in Tumeke and Marriage Pact. Reddy holds a Bachelor of Science in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University, where he co-led the Stanford Venture Capital Club and co-organized the TreeHacks hackathon. His current focus centers on identifying early-stage opportunities in AI infrastructure, developer tools, and decentralized science while developing internal AI workflows for the investment team.
