Shana Hudes

Shana Hudes is a Senior Associate on the early-stage venture investment team at IRIS, a venture capital firm based in Paris, France. Since joining the organization in 2021, she has sourced new opportunities, conducted financial due diligence, and supported the growth of portfolio companies including Spinergie, Hopia, Weefin, and Cohort. Prior to her tenure at IRIS, Hudes served as an Associate at Axeleo Capital, where she directed her efforts toward executing pre-seed and seed investments. She previously gained industry experience working on the venture team at Plug and Play France to facilitate strategic corporate-startup partnerships, and she holds a Bachelor of Management degree from Warwick Business School. Her current investment focus remains dedicated to identifying early-stage technology startups founded by expert teams, with a particular emphasis on the ecommerce, logistics, Web3, and proptech sectors.
