Sharon Seemann

Sharon Seemann is currently a Partner at Lama Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm formerly known as FXP Ventures. Working alongside Founding General Partner Gil Zimmermann, she leads the firm's brand development initiatives, establishes its global expert network, and directs core marketing and go-to-market strategies for portfolio entrepreneurs. Prior to her current role, Seemann spent a decade serving as a Partner and the Chief Marketing Officer at YL Ventures, a venture capital firm focused specifically on the cybersecurity sector. During her ten-year tenure at the firm, she established the fund's internal marketing department and built one of Israel's first structured value-creation platforms designed to accelerate portfolio growth and market penetration. Seemann's professional background centers on providing direct operational support, brand development, and strategic marketing execution for early-stage technology startups across multiple global markets.
